How do you price your translations?

Translations are priced per word, and not per page, half page, or anything like that. The quotes you get from us are final.

Can I get a quote for my project for free?

Absolutely! Just send us your files and we’ll provide you with a detailed quote. 100% free of charge, no strings attached.

How soon can I get my translations?

This will depend on the size of your project and languages, but short files are usually ready within 24 hours. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your time constraints.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Bank Wire, PayPal and Credit Card. We’ll always assume the transfer costs.

Do you use automated translation?

We provide 100% professional human translation, and we do not use automated translation in any capacity.

Do you use technology for your translations at all?

Yes! Our translators work with Computer-Assisted Translation tools that allow them to work faster and minimize errors. This way we merge the best of technology with the language quality that only human translators can provide.

What types of files can you translate?

In short: Every type of file. Office files, Design files, Website files, Coding files, Scanned files, of course PDFs, etc.

Can you deliver publish-ready documents?

Certainly! We have a dedicated in-house team of designers that will make sure that the translated files look exactly the same as your original files. If you have your printing/publishing specs, that’s even better.

What design tools can you work with?

We work with the entire Adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), the entire Office suite, as well as Corel Draw, QuarkXPress and Canva. We also work with Autodesk AutoCAD and 3D Max, and with the eLearning tools Articulate 360 and Articulate Storyline.

I have confidential information for translation. Is my information safe with you?

We deal with confidential information daily. You can rest assured that your information is 100% safe with us. We are always open to signing Non-Disclosure Agreements, and all our information is stored in renowned platforms such as Google and Dropbox. Additionally, we have strict information-security policies in place.

Do you have a Professional Liability Insurance?

Yes, we have an insurance against claims of inadequate work or negligent actions (that remains unused 😊).
