The customer wanted to increase the engagement of their Latin American investors and decided to translate their monthly reports into both Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. These reports were very dense with technical financial terminology and investment strategies.
We put together a special team to translate these monthly reports. Our project management team was in close contact with the client and this provided us with the information we needed to be ready for the reports, no matter when they arrived. Our translators on the team have +5 years of experience working with financial content, so they were very comfortable working on these reports. This allowed us to cut down on the delivery times while guaranteeing the quality of the final files.
For extra safety, we implemented the use of automated QA tools to make sure that every figure is correct down to the decimals.
As the last step of the process, our graphic designers gave the reports a final touch-up in order to make sure that they looked professional and engaging. Just the way they were created in English.

The client had received financial information from an eDiscovery process. The problem was that the information was in Danish and it needed to be presented in an American court. The set of files contained many bank statements that could barely be read and needed to be digitally prepared for translations before even starting the translation process.
Normally, a project starts with the translation of the content. Not in this case, though. our Graphic designers had to invest a great deal of time to re-create the files in an editable format, including the bank statements with all their tables and figures.
To save time, each file was sent for translation as soon as the graphic re-creation was ready. All the information was carefully translated to English and then reviewed against the original files. In this case, we also worked with an automated QA tool that allowed us to check every single number in order to prevent errors or omissions.
The final results were high-quality translations that were sent to the customer on time and admitted in court as evidence.
