Brazil is the B in BRICS

The #1 economy in Latin America with 213 million inhabitants and an ever-increasing relevance in international markets. A bright future ahead.

This means that if you don’t work with Brazilian Portuguese yet, you will soon.

With the line between “Exciting new opportunity” and “Migraine-inducing mess” being so fine, you will need a vendor that is both solid and professional to make projects work as they are supposed to.

How do we achieve it?

One word: process.

Process always comes first. When it comes to quality, process eats individual talent for lunch. Our process involves the QA of both terminology AND formatting. Everything we deliver is ready to publish and doesn’t need additional work (which, considering the cost per hour in the US, can be costly).

All work is distributed and tracked so nothing falls through the cracks. This way deadlines are always met, all the time.

Brazilian Portuguese is already colorful, we just make it reliable.

Are we up to the challenge?

One of the first large projects we had for Brazilian Portuguese involved the translation of dozens of Industrial Machinery Plans, I am talking about A1 size AutoCAD industrial design drawings where every nut and bolt had a callout note.

Our client was surprised that somebody was confident (or crazy) enough to take it. We delivered it on time and the client was so happy with the quality that they are still working with us over a decade later.

From there we have dealt with all types of subject matters and file formats, including design formats, eLearning content and formats like XML, JSON, etc. We are really difficult to surprise nowadays, but please feel free to try 😊.

We are up to the challenge

But a good solution starts with a conversation, not a monologue.

It all begins with a clear understanding of what you need the most: is it fast turnaround times to the point that we are playing hot-potato with files? Is it dealing with formats designed for machines and not for people? Is it having somebody who can take care of everything so that you can focus on growing?… Is it something else?

It all starts with a conversation, let’s find out what you really need.
